<p>Vergeleken met de <a href="https://lukinski.nl/berlijn-kopen-huren-huis-flat-grond-prijs-per-vierkante-meter/" data-type="post" data-id="123190" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="https://lukinski.de/berlin-kaufen-mieten-haus-wohnung-grundstueck-quadratmeterpreis/">aankoopprijzen in Berlijn</a> zit Grunewald aan de bovenkant met zijn rust en nabijheid tot Potsdam, terwijl het toch relatief centraal ligt.
